First Oral Procedure for PHD Student
Before working on the Ph.D. dissertation writing, the student should arrange to give a presentation of the research progress to the Dissertation Research Advisory Committee. With the approval of the Committee, the student can then take the Ph.D. dissertation defense exam a year later from the date of this preliminary presentation.
1. Book a room for Presentation
2. A thesis advisory committee composes of three(3) or more members with ranks of assistant fellow/ professor and above and which includes two(2) or more faculty in Chemistry Department.
3. Submit the transcript, Checklist for Cousre and Credit and First Oral Defense Form to Department office.
